What is Integrative Health Coaching?

Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching is a personalized, collaborative process that supports you in creating lasting change for your whole self—body, mind, and spirit. It’s built on the belief that each person has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive when given the right tools, encouragement, and space to discover their own path forward.

As your coach, my role is to be a partner—not the expert on your life. Together, we explore what matters most to you, clarify your vision for well-being, and identify the daily habits and mindset shifts that will help you move toward that vision with confidence and consistency.

Our conversations are centered on what you truly want your health for—the energy, balance, or freedom it allows—rather than on external expectations or “shoulds.” We look across the full spectrum of wellness, including movement, nutrition, sleep, stress resilience, relationships, and purpose, identifying which areas need more attention and how to support realistic progress.

Integrative health coaching works because it focuses on your strengths and readiness for change. It helps you set achievable goals, anticipate challenges, and stay accountable to what matters most—without judgment or pressure.

    Cost: $240 ($60/session)

    Best for: Building structure and steady progress in key areas of health.

    Includes:

    Four 60-minute sessions over 6–8 weeks

    Focus on nutrition, movement, sleep, or stress resilience

    Tools to sustain motivation and strengthen consistency

  • 6-Session Package — “Transform & Thrive”

    Cost: $330 ($55/session)

    Best for: Clients ready for lasting lifestyle change with ongoing support.

    Includes:

    Six 60-minute sessions over 10–12 weeks

    Vision mapping and goal-setting for total well-being

    Continued accountability and progress tracking
